What comes with my purchase?

When you purchase a name with Brandcord, you recieve two things: the domain, and a logo. The domain is transfered to you using a secured service from Escrow.com. The logo will be sent to the email specified, with both a ‘.png’ file and a ‘.psd’ file. This allows for any personal editing to be done to the logo, such as resizing.

How do I purchase a domain name?

Purchasing a domain name on Brandcord is simple. Click on the domain you would like to buy, and hit the buy now button. This will direct you to an order page provided by Escrow.com, showing the details of the transaction. Simply create an account with Escrow.com, and from there you can continue with the purchase. That’s all there is to it.

Are domain prices negotiable? 

Yes, we are always open to price negotiation. If you disagree on the pricing of a particular domain, let us now via the ‘Contact’ tab. Describe your issue/proposal, and be sure to indicate the corresponding domain name. A representative will engage in a conversation with you to help arrive at a consensus, in as little time as possible.

How does the domain purchase/transfer work?

In order to securely transfer domains to our customers, we use a service through Escrow.com. This service is known as an escrow transfer, and minimizes any possibility of fraud throughout the domain transfer process. Simply put, Escrow.com acts as a third party that only disperses funds once the buyer has received their domain and is completely satisfied. Can I request a redesigned logo?

Of course. We understand that pre-designed logos can’t always fit perfectly with a customer’s interests. Whether you don’t like the color scheme, text placement, or the entire design as a whole, we’re here to help you get a logo you love. Simply visit the ‘Contact’ tab, fill out the fields, and tell us about your issue, along with which domain it regards. One of our designers will be there every step of the way, and the redesign process will be underway.
